According to the RS daily Glas Srpske the decision of BiH Prosecutor Jude Romano to close the “Doborovoljačka Street” case was unlawful. The paper based its conclusion on reports filed by other members of the prosecutorial team charged with investigating the case. Glas Srpske also cites the fact that the Chief Prosecutor’s order to investigate the case has never been formally suspended, and thus Romano had no authority to close the case.
