President of Croatia Ivo Josipovic said that international arbitration might be the solution to long-standing border disputes between his country and its neighbors, if the governments of Croatia, Serbia, and BiH can’t come to agreements soon.
Josipovic said bilateral solutions to the border disputes are still preferable to arbitration, but that the time for such solutions may be running out.
