BiH Council of Ministers Chairperson Borjana Krišto said regarding the BiH Presidency’s conclusion on the Law on Gas, “As far as I am aware, that conclusion is at the relevant Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations. As for passing laws, it is the competence of the entity level, and I think that all institutions, including us, should adhere to the competence of BiH.” She further said, “When it comes to the energy sector, it is the jurisdiction of the entities.”
