EU Special Rep welcomes BiH’s adoption of public procurement law – SRNA/N1

BiH on Monday enacted the Law on Public Procurement, fulfilling one of the priorities of the EU Opinion on BiH’s candidacy .

The Adoption of the Public Procurement Law was also welcomed by the Head of the EU Delegation to BiH Johann Sattler who said it was an important and long overdue step today towards implementing the 12 June Agreement and fulfilling EU’s Opinion Priorities and an EU candidacy condition.
