Republika Srpska President Zeljka Cvijanovic said that her visit to the United States was very successful and gave her the opportunity to familiarize US officials with RS positions regarding the situation in BiH.
As for her conversation with [US Special Envoy Gabriel] Escobar, Cvijanovic said that there was agreement on some issues, while they had different positions on other issues.
“We absolutely agree that “Open Balkans” is a good initiative, but we disagree on the issue of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina. But it is important that we talk,” Cvijanovic said.
