BiH Council of Ministers Chairman Zoran Tegeltija held a series of meetings with US representatives in Washington, inviting them to visit BiH and talk with political representatives of BiH’s three constituent peoples about the country’s major problems. He emphasized that BiH’s key problem is a lack of dialogue.
[Tegeltija] emphasised that Republika Srpska, Bosnia’s Serb-majority entity, respects the Dayton Agreement, internal structure and decentralised system of power with territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“Also, I reiterated that Republika Srpska does not want, does not plan or is implementing a process of secession from Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was welcomed by positive stances of the US, because they are burdened with continuous accusation at expense of Republika Srpska,” said Tegeltija without providing further context.
