Due to the lack of a quorum, today’s emergency session of the BiH House of Peoples, which was to review a bill on amendments to the BiH Election Law, was postponed to tomorrow.
The chairman of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, Dragan Čović, said that deputies Bakir Izetbegović, Amir Fazlić and Asim Sarajlić, Munib Jusufović, and Mladen Bosić failed to attend the session, which is why the House does not have a quorum.
“Given a very clear announcement that some representatives of the Bosniak caucus will not attend the session, which I see as a classic blockade of BiH institutions, I suggest we do not go with the ceremony of playing the anthem and defining presence if we know what has been told to us in advance,” said Chairman Čović.
