Republika Srpska (RS) President Željka Cvijanović said that the RS leadership cannot satisfy political Sarajevo and renounce its constitutional rights and powers only because some want a unitary, centralized state.
Cvijanović has said that there is a great misunderstanding within BiH, which is the result of assorted efforts of international representatives, but also of political Sarajevo, to centralize BiH and transfer powers from Republika Srpska to the level of BiH.
