BiH Presidency member Milorad Dodik said Thursday after a meeting with German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock that Republika Srpska (RS) has no plans for secession, but that BiH cannot be built without respect for the RS’s constitutional position.
Dodik said, “I think we agree that a completely neutral legal analysis of the situation in the country, without political interference and the addition of anyone’s wishes, should be made under the auspices of Germany. And that a serious, legal analysis should be made about what has been done and what the situation in BiH is so that we can talk on the basis of that document. It seems to me that the Minister understood that and that this could be expected in the future.”
