BiH Presidency member Milorad Dodik said Monday after a meeting with US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Gabriel Escobar that processes in BiH should be political and that those who “rattle their saber” should be the subject of quick international intervention.
Dodik said that no one should use weapons against others, nor take war as an option for resolving issues in BiH.
“Both Escobar and I consider the constant mentioning of conflict, war or something similar, a topic that has no real basis and that the war was mentioned by those who wanted to add additional mistrust to the atmosphere,” Dodik said, emphasizing that war, as an option, does not exist.
Dodik also reiterated that all of Republika Srpska’s actions are constitutional and that there is no intent to destroy the territorial integrity of BiH.
