The leaders of BiH’s main Serb and Croat political parties, Milorad Dodik and Dragan Covic, said after a meeting Friday that legitimate representation for BiH’s constituent peoples at all governmental levels must be guaranteed.
[Dodik] met with Covic after he discussed electoral reform with US envoy Matthew Palmer and European External Action Service (EEAS) Managing Director Angelina Eichhorst that morning.
