The Court of BiH on Tuesday released Jahja Vukovic, whom prosecutors had charged with terrorism, stating that it believes the man is not a terrorist.
The Court assessed the video, which was available on social networks, which allegedly shows the accused, his lower extremities, as unreliable evidence and stated that it was impossible to establish the exact identity.
The Prosecution charged Vukovic, aka Abdulaziz, with staying in Syria with other people from Bosnia for six years, where he allegedly participated in terrorist activities, provided assistance and fought on the side of the Al Nusra Front forces.
