The Office of the Serb Member of the BiH Presidency, Milorad Dodik, has distanced itself from unauthorized activities of BiH Foreign Minister Bisera Turković in Teheran.
Ana Trišić, a foreign policy advisor to Presidency Member Dodik, criticized Turković’s meeting Tuesday with the newly elected President of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi, in Teheran on Tuesday.
Commenting on Ms. Turković’s meeting with . . . Raisi, about whom there is concern because of his role in the mass executions of political prisoners in Iran in the 1980s, Ms. Trišić said that no official of Ms. Turković’s rank could claim they were unfamiliar with the controversy; for this reason, she should have sought to consult with the BiH Presidency, but she had failed to do so and acted on her own.
