BiH Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadic will continue serving in the post since her lawyer announced that a decision of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) to dismiss her will be appealed.
[The HJPC] determined that Tadic assigned cases to judicial prosecutors according to her own will and not through the CMS system that automatically distributes them.
According to Tadic’s lawyer, Vlado Adamovic, this is not true and “during the proceedings it was determined that the CMS was not used that way.”
