The chairman of BiH’s Council of Ministers, Zoran Tegeltija, said in Brussels Tuesday that BiH is ready to enough to get EU candidate status in 2021.
At a press conference after the 4th meeting of the Stabilization and Association Council European Union – Bosnia and Herzegovina, Tegeltija said that the candidate status is important as a message to citizens that the EU is with us because many are trying to show that the Union has forgotten the countries of Western Balkans.
“We understand all our obligations and deadlines, but we ask for patience and understanding, as well as for the validation of what we have done in the previous period,” Tegeltija added.
