European Parliament (EP) Rapporteur for BiH Paulo Rangel told N1 that although amendments explicitly referencing the constituent peoples were not included in the recent EP report on BiH, the document nonetheless respects the need for their legitimate representation and takes into account the country’s constitutional design.
Rangel said that “in the report, the respect for the legitimate representation of the constituent peoples is totally intact.”
