Republika Srpska President Željka Cvijanović said the High Representative and the OHR are diminishing the EU’s capacity to be a true partner in BiH to negotiate and agree with.
Cvijanović points out that the time has come for the OHR to be shut down in BiH, and for the EU to become partner in negotiations and agreement.
