Council of Ministers Chairman Zoran Tegeltija said his position is that the Office of the High Representative (OHR) should have been closed long ago and that BiH will never achieve all its goals and development while its destiny is decided by someone else.
“I don’t know if /Christian/ Schmidt is coming; once he comes and starts – then I will comment. I have taken position about the OHR institution, not on an individual,” Tegeltija said, answering journalists’ questions in Doboj on how Schmidt said he was coming on August 1 and announced executive powers.
