Council of Ministers adopts draft amendments to HJPC law – SRNA

SRNA reports that Council of Ministers Chairman Zoran Tegeltija said that at Wednesday’s session, the Council of Ministers adopted draft amendments to the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC), which is one of the reforms the European Commission has called for in order for BiH to receive candidate status.

The amendments cover issues of conflict of interest of HJPC members, as well as reports and verification on property of judges, prosecutors, and HJPC members.
