BiH State prosecutors decided last week to terminate investigations into the May 1992 killings of Serb soldiers. In response to the closing of the so-called Dobrovoljacka Street case, RS leaders have threatened a number of actions against the state court and prosecutors’ office. The SNSD and SDS leadership say they will propose the abolition of the office and demand the expulsion of foreign prosecutors.
