Republika Srpska (RS) President Željka Cvijanović said Thursday that the RS will not accept imposed decisions and emphasized that local leaders, not the High Representative, are responsible for legislation.
“We will not impose solutions. We want a dialogue with our partners in BiH, and when we do not agree, why not sit and talk until we agree on something that should be some common values and goal. It is unacceptable that an unelected foreigner comes to us and tells us what and how we should do and to impose laws on us and punish us with that,” Cvijanović pointed out.
