Croatia’s Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić Radman said Monday that a non-paper on BiH that was prepared at Croatia’s initiative has received a good reception among EU foreign ministers.
The non-paper notes that Bosnia and Herzegovina was founded on the principle of the equality of three constituent peoples and all its citizens regardless of which part of the country they live in.
