The three members of the BiH Presidency on Tuesday told the director general of the World Health Organization (WHO) that BiH has fulfilled all its obligations and expects the same from the COVAX program and vaccine manufacturers operating within it, calling for vaccines to be delivered as soon as possible.
Presidency Chairman, Milorad Dodik, and members, Sefik Dzaferovic and Zeljko Komsic, met with Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus to discuss the difficulties and delays in the delivery of vaccines to Bosnia through the United Nations COVAX mechanism.
They concluded that an agreement on compensations and liability between BiH and the manufacturer should be signed as soon as possible and spoke about the readiness of the manufacturer to deliver the full amount of the vaccines that were agreed upon within precisely defined deadlines.
