Darko Banjac, President of the People’s Party of Republika Srpska, told High Representative Valentin Inzko that the time of imposing laws is long gone, and that any authority in Republika Srpska will not accept it, because it would be a violation of basic democracy.
“It would be like if I went to Austria and imposed some acts,” Banjac told SRNA.
