Court rules head of BiH’s intelligence agency not guilty of abuse of power – N1

The Court of BiH on Friday ruled that Bosnia’s state court ruled on Friday that the head of BiH’s Security-Intelligence Agency (OSA), Osman Mehmedagic, is not guilty of abuse of power, which prosecutors alleged he committed in order to find out who reported him for lacking the required qualifications for his job.
