The international community in BiH said Monday that the election of Mostar’s mayor is clearly regulated in the statute and rules of procedure and that the vote should not be further delayed.
The second round [of voting for Mostar’s mayor] was supposed to be held on Friday but the session was postponed at the proposal of councillor Irma Baralija, representing the BH Bloc, left-leaning coalition, which proposed the councillor take into consideration a proposal of introducing a rotating or three-member mayoralty in the City of Mostar.
