Council of Ministers Chairman Zoran Tegeltija said Friday that the Council of Ministers would have the Entities’ and Brčko District’s joint requests for procurement of Covid-19 vaccines on its table on Monday.
“BiH should have received the largest quantity of vaccines through the Covax systems and the joint procurement programme with the EU. Unfortunately, the delivery of these vaccines through these two mechanisms, which we opted for at the end of last year, is slower than expected, which is why we agreed to initiate direct procurement procedures,” Tegeltija explained.
