The Court of BiH on Monday confirmed the indictment against the Federation of BiH’s (FBiH) prime minister and three others in connection with the procurement of 100 ventilators unsuited for Covid-19 treatment from China.
Fadil Novalic, the Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina – one of the two country’s administrative regions – Fahrudin Solak, the former head of the FBiH Civil Protection Authority, and Fikret Hodzic and his company ‘Srebrena Malina’ (Silver Rasberry) stand accused of corruption, misuse of office, money laundering, lack of commitment in office and document forgery, Milicevic and Novalic’s attorney Vasvija Vidovic confirmed for Balkan Investigative Reporting Network (BIRN).
