The Court of BiH has annulled the Central Election Commission’s decision to fine a joint candidate of the Democratic Front and Citizens Alliance, Adna Pandzic, for a Facebook post in which she called the LGBTI Pride march in Sarajevo – a “Shame march.”
The Court stated that the commission could not impose the fine because the election campaign had not begun when Pandzic wrote her post.
