High Representative Valentin Inzko submitted the “fortieth Report of the High Representative Implementationof the Peace Agreement on Bosnia and Herzegovina” to the United Nations Security Council last week. In it, he details the process of handing over the portfolio of EU Special Representative to Mr. Peter Sorensen, the ongoing crisis of state-level government formation, and alleged threats to the integrity of the Dayton agreement from RS and Croat officials.
