Through his Zagreb visit, and his reception by the president and prime minister of Croatia, Milorad Dodik has achieved a political success that no Serb leader has achieved in either the recent or the more distant history of Croat-Serb relations.

More than anything else, Milorad Dodik comes to Zagreb in the function of the Croat representative in the BiH Presidency.

Of course, the visit is a poke in the eye to Bosniak politics, which is strongly attached to the politics of Komsicism—imposing political representatives on the Croats.
