Ćulum appointed as SIPA Director, Milinović to head CRA – SRNA

The BiH Council of Ministers on Tuesday appointed Darko Ćulum as director of the BiH State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) and Draško Milinović as director of the Communications Regulatory Agency (CRA).
