Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina healthcare authorities called on citizens to obey coronavirus prevention measures as the entity recorded 39 new infections over the past 24 hours. Sarajevo alone saw 16 new COVID-19 infections, the largest number of new cases in a day since the epidemic began.
On the other hand, Republika Srpska (RS), the region making the other half of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is seeing a flattening coronavirus infection curve with 18 new cases recorded over the last 24 hours.
The region has so far reported 1,585 coronavirus infections with a total of 1,104 who have recovered.
