Republika Srpska President Željka Cvijanović extended congratulations on the occasion of Ramadan Bayram. The text of her office’s press release is below.
The President of the Republic of Srpska, Željka Cvijanović, on occasion of Ramadan Bayram (also known as Eid al-Fitr), extended her congratulations to the Reis-l-ulema Hussein ef. Kavazović, the Mufti of Banja Luka Nusret ef. Abdibegović and to all believers of the Islamic faith in the Republic of Srpska and BiH.
“I extend to you and to all believers of the Islamic faith in the Republic of Srpska and BiH my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the upcoming Ramadan Bayram, wishing you to spend the holidays in good health, happiness and well-being, together with your closest family members.
“May this great holiday be an incentive for mutual respect, understanding and appreciation of diversity, and bring peace, joy and harmony to every home,” reads the congratulatory message of the Republic of Srpska President.
