A second meeting between officials from all political parties from Republika Srpska and the Federation was held in Sarajevo last week. As was the case with the earlier multi-party meeting in Mostar, the parties claim to have made significant progress on several important issues, but not on the formation of the Council of Ministers.
A third all-party meeting is scheduled for next Monday, the 26th; it will be held in Brcko.
