RS President Željka Cvijanović emphasized Tuesday that Western Balkan countries should act together to protect their external borders from the migrant wave, as EU member states protect theirs.
Asked by SRNA to comment on the statement by Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó that it appears to him that Turkey does not want and could no longer keep Syrians planning to go to Europe and that the Balkans need a joint response to this threat, which is similar to what she stated yesterday, Cvijanović said she would support it if the joint engagement of the Balkan countries is implied, including a mixed composition of police and military forces.
