Dodik to ECHR President: I wasn’t told about your Constitutional Court candidate – N1

In a letter to the the president of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), BiH Presidency Member Milorad Dodik complained to that he has not been consulted regarding the appointment of a German judge to the BiH Constitutional Court, even though he was supposed to be consulted according to the BiH Constitution.
