RS Prime Minister Radovan Višković said on Thursday in Sarajevo that both the RS and the Federation will revoke their claims related to the distribution of indirect tax revenues.
“With this agreed settlement, we are revoking our claims and I hope we will resolve the matter after the holidays, until the end of January,” Višković told the press after a meeting with Council of Ministers Chairman Zoran Tegeltija and FBiH Prime Minister Fadil Novalić.
He pointed out that a final solution about the settlement of VAT refund was close and that good will was expressed for resolving the issue, adding that according to a performed analysis, Republika Srpska had a surplus of BAM 32-33 million and that the document was submitted to the FBiH.
