Genoveva Ruiz Calavera, Director for Western Balkans at the Directorate-General for Neighborhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR), wrote a letter to the president of BiH’s High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) asking the institution to take specific steps to restore trust in the judiciary.
