Miroslav Lajčák, new special rapporteur for Western Balkans, daily reports – N1

Belgrade’s Vecernje Novosti daily reported Monday that Slovak Foreign Minister and former international High Representative in BiH Miroslav Lajčák is most likely to be named the European Union’s new special rapporteur for the Western Balkans.
