Bosnian Croat leader Dragan Covic said Friday after a meeting with Milorad Dodik, the leader of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) that it is “about time to form the Council of Ministers” of BiH and that it “seems like we’re not too far from that.” Dodik, however, said, “I would like to be optimistic as much as Dragan is, but I believe that these from Sarajevo are constantly working on prevention of progress.”
