The RS Government on Thursday approved a draft bill on the protection of the right to trial within a reasonable time. The bill provides for financial compensation for the violation of the right. According to an RS Government press release, ““The provision of the right to trial within a reasonable time will accelerate court proceedings, and will allow for quicker and more efficient court proceedings and resolution of all disputed issues before courts for all categories of population,”
