At a meeting Wednesday with Martin Petri, the Head of the IMF Mission to BiH, RS Prime Minister Radovan Višković said that the RS is stable both financially and fiscally, despite the fact that the budget and many reform activities, as well as implementation of important infrastructure projects, have been halted due to the failure to form the BiH Council of Ministers.
