Slavo Kukic, the BiH Presidency’s controversial choice for head of the Council of Ministers, again failed to gain sufficient support in the BiH Parliament in a second round of voting. By law, the Presidency now must choose another candidate. Most Serb and Croat parties insist that the candidate come from the leading Croat parties, HDZ BiH and HDZ 1990.
