Mostar Mayor hopes the city will finally hold elections – N1

Ljubo Beslic, the Mayor of Mostar, welcomed the European Court of Human Rights ruling that BiH authorities must change electoral legislation to enable local elections in Mostar, which has not had local elections since 2008.
