The European Court of Human Rights could soon deliver a ruling in a lawsuit over the failure to hold local elections in Mostar for the past 11 years, the plaintiff, Irma Baralija, said Friday.
[The Croat Democratic Union (HDZ) and the Bosniak Party of Democratic Action (SDA)] disagree over how the problem should be solved, whereby the HDZ BiH is favouring a “one person, one vote” principle while the SDA wants the city to be divided into several municipalities.
