Bosnian Serbs’ Deaths in Village Massacre Go Unpunished – BIRN

No one has been brought to justice for a 1992 massacre by the Bosnian Army on the village of Josanica, which killed more than 50 Serbs, including young children. The District Public Prosecution in Trebinje investigated the incident until 2012, when the case was transferred to the BiH prosecutor’s office. Since then, no legal action has been brought against suspects in the massacre.
