Dragan Čović, the President of BiH’s largest Croat party, the HDZ, said Monday that a new BiH Council of Ministers chairman should be appointed immediately.
Čović has said that everything that is tied to NATO and the Annual National Plan, as well as many other things, can clearly be solved through a new Council of Ministers and institutions.
“No issue must divert us to some other plan, except to have an executive authority at the level of BiH. It is clear that the executive authority at the level of BiH cannot function because the same person is the chairman of the Council of Ministers and the chairman of the House of Representatives, two pillars of authorities, which is irreconcilable,” Čović said.
