The Croatian National Assembly (HNS) has called for BiH Presidency Chairman Željko Komšić to be sanctioned for a statement the HNS characterized as “a direct blow to the constitutional-legal order, negation of the BiH Constitution and contempt of the Dayton Peace Agreement.”
Komšić issued a statement on Thursday announcing that he would advocate abolishing the principles of constitutionality of peoples in BiH and introducing equality and equal value of the vote of all citizens at every forthcoming meeting with EU officials and Union representatives in BiH.
