High Representative Valentin Inzko sounded a rare positive note on Bosnian politics and relations between BiH and the EU in a recent interview with the newspaper Politika. He first promised that the international community would not interfere in state-level government formation, nor would it attempt to change the entity-based voting system in BiH.
Although Inzko did criticize RS President Milorad Dodik, his words were tempered. He also took time to praise efforts to strengthen ties between BiH and Serbia, efforts which, according to Inzko, need to be appreciated more.
